Technical/ Product Advisor

09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: Dependent on Experience

 

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Working within the senior technical team to provide product technical advice to customers, specifiers, and distributors on all our innovative range of building products including, internal and external wall insulation systems, render and plaster.
• Regular monitoring of the technical enquiries email inbox
• Answering telephone calls
• Co-ordinate product enquiries
• First point of contact for product application related enquiries
• Monitoring stock of samples and replenishing when low, including mixing and application of product.
• Supporting and leading product training days on and off site, including practical mixing and use of products
• Practical demos on and off site
• Provide correct technical information to all departments and customers quickly and efficiently to maximise sales opportunities.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by management.

This role will suit an applicant with a manual/practical trades background along with the clear ability to offer exceptional customer service, and the ability to relay information of all complexities clearly, and in a manner that leaves the customer assured that any question, from basic to complex is supported and treated with importance.
