Warmshell Meshcoat, part of Lime Green’s innovative Warmshell External Wall Insulation system, enhances the thermal performance, appearance and weatherproofing of buildings. Here’s what you need to know:

Warmshell Meshcoat covers natural wood fibre boards with a lime-based render and reinforcement mesh. Applied before the decorative finish, it provides improved impact resistance and fire safety. The EWI system wraps around the outside of the building's walls, reducing heating costs and enhancing insulation.

We always aim for our products to have the best possible sustainability: unlike silicone renders, Warmshell Meshcoat doesn’t rely on toxic biocides and is made with recycled aggregates, making it an eco-friendly choice.

Warmshell Meshcoat is applied using hawk and trowel or a suitable spray machine at 10mm thick, in 2 passes with Warmshell Mesh pushed into the first pass. Once it has set and hardned there are a number of different finish coats available from Lime Green.

Lime Green offers samples, training and technical support for successful installations, from our dedicated training facility in the Midlands or over the phone.
